Hello to all in the name of JESUS CHRIST. We pray this finds you
all well, blessed & highly favored in the grace of our Heavenly
FATHER. This is the time of year where man has set aside to celebrate
the birth of CHRIST. It should be a time of year for great joy,
love & peace (Luke 2:8-14). But unfortunately, this is also
the time of year where oppression, depression, suicides, car wrecks,
shopping mall anger, road rage & credit card debt are at its
highest. It seems to me that this should be a time when GOD?s
love should flourish more than ever, even if you do not celebrate
christmas. The world is busy looking for the perfect gift &
in most cases, the gift is either returned, used only briefly
or never used at all. Hours & hours of frantic shopping, buying
stuff we can?t afford, the receiver might or might not like nor
want & in time, it will pass away or be replaced with something
bigger, faster, cooler or more advertised.
Whether or not you celebrate christmas as man has set aside, you
still have the greatest gift of all to celebrate, & that?s
GOD?s love. Wrapped in HIS love gift we find the perfect present,
it fits everyone, it is the right color, it never wears out, it
never needs upgrading, it can be found at any location, you will
never want to return it, you will want to use it everyday &
the best part is, it?s free. You ask what is it ? Well, it came
from GOD as HIS true love to of all mankind, regardless of who
they are or what they may have been or done in the past. Still
guessing ? Well Romans 6:23 explains the best; ? For
the wages of sin is death, the free ?GIFT? of GOD is eternal life
in JESUS CHRIST our LORD. (nasb)? That?s it, everlasting
life with our LORD !!! A gift no one deserves, but because HE
so loved the world, it is for everyone !!! Do you know what one
of the greatest parts (not that every part isn?t great) of this
gift is ? FORGIVENESS. Thru this wonderful love gift from GOD,
came complete forgiveness, regardless of who you are or what you
did, you are forgiven & there is now no more condemnation
on you. Do you really want to give the perfect gift this year?
First share the love of GOD & HIS gift with someone that may
not know HIM & they too may receive the greatest gift of a
life time & you will be rewarded for it. Then, in GOD?s love,
why not forgive someone, regardless of what they said or did to
you, just forgive them & tell them. In the wonderful model
prayer that JESUS gives us in Matthew 6:8-13, HE says in v-12,
? And forgive us our debts, as we
also have forgiven our debtors.? Then HE remarks
only on that verse in verses 14, 15. Forgiveness is a very big
item to GOD. How about you, want a great gift? Then just forgive
some-one as GOD forgave you, unconditionally and forever &
not only will you be giving a great gift, but you will also be
the better for it. While we were yet sinners, JESUS died for our
sins. If GOD has forgiven us for the terrible things we have done
to HIM, who are we that we can?t forgive one another with HIS
help & with HIS love??? We have so much to give GOD praise
for, starting with HIS love for us. We need to celebrate everyday
for our SAVIOR, not just one day a year & not just the time
of the year when everything is so hectic.
Well praise the LORD it is here!!!!! GOD?s WINTER GIVE AWAY is
less than two weeks away & we are so very excited. You have
been a tremendous blessing & we praise our LORD for you each
& every one. May GOD bless you all beyond your wildest imagination!!!
The response has been wonderful & we are expecting a mighty
time in helping those that are in need. It will be Dec. 8, starting
at 10A.M until. We will be located in the Bloomer Hill Community
Building, just south on highway 301 in Whitakers. It is a big
white wooden building sitting on the right coming from Rocky Mount
& on the left if you are leaving Whitakers going toward R.M.
If you still have items please try to get them to us this week
so that we can get them ready by the 6th & continue to keep
