Isaiah 40:31
and with all your mind. In
Hebrew, wait also means "to bind together". Now
read the verse, "but they that bind together with the
LORD, they that join themselves to the LORD " shall renew
their strength: IT is time for us as the Body to renew not
only our strength, but our minds and mount up with a greater
desire to serve our LORD every day in this new year.....For
the joy of the LORD is your strength.

Luke 10-2

The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few. The harvest
truly is great and God'sWord is alive and being fulfilled right
in front of us. Can you see it? Can you feel it? There is a mighty
move of God all around us.
Then kingdom of God is at hand. Hallelujah!!!
God recently brought this scripture more alive than ever before.
I went in to minister at one of our regular facilities, and
unlike ever before, was not able to enter right in. While waiting
for admittance in the lobby, I saw through the window of the
door our chief chaplain witnessing to a man in the holding cell.
This witness continued for about 15 minutes. THe chaplain left
a bible with the young man, and he was on his way to minister
to the rest of the incarcerated men. ABout 5 minutes later,
we were given access into the facility. When we passed by this
holding cell, we asked the young man if he knew Jesus. He said
"No, but I sure do want to". Right then and there,
that man gave his heart to God, and became a new creation. We
had bestowed no labor, as verse 38 says, but we entered into
the labor of the one who sowed the seed. The chaplain labored
and shared with this man the Word. The Word brought conviction
into his heart and he knew he needed Jesus. How easy that was
for us. We don't all have to be preachers, or eloquent speakers,
we just have to be available. It doesn't matter if you're the
sower or the reaper both receive wages. Sometimes you may just
have to stir the soil. All of us surely can say "Do you
know Jesus." You must never know when that heart is ready
and says, "No, but I sure do want to."

Luke 10:38-42
Jesus in our lives. This season, and every other day as well,
is all about love. Our LOVEING FATHER sent his ONLY BEGOTTEN
SON to show his love for us. What are we showing? Are our families
and friends feeling less loved right now because of our busyness?
FATHER, I pray that we choose that good part, that one needful
thing this holiday season and all year through. I pray that we
spend time with you and share your gift of LOVE, the only perfect
gift, with everyone we come in contact with, and father I thank
you for your gift. Thank you for loving us, In Jesus Name.
